Do I need to set-up a new user id and password?

• If you took Survey 3.0 – you do not need a new username/password.

• If you did not take Survey 3.0, but took previous versions (either 1.0 or 2.0) you will need to create a new account and set up a username/password.

• We recommend that you use a personal email address when signing up.
