When will I receive feedback from my survey results?

Given the health and wellbeing information in the survey, the Lake Nona Life Project team cannot provide you with individual feedback or medical advice. You will have the opportunity to review your survey and submitted responses at any point throughout the study via the study’s survey platform. If you have questions about your health, we encourage you to consult with your medical provider and share your survey and concerns with them. Although we will not provide you with individual feedback, we will be providing summary findings about the health of the overall Lake Nona community.
