In Light of Breast Cancer Awareness month, we are hosting a Mobile Mammogram event in the parking lot next to Boxi Park on October 27th. In partnership with the Lake Nona Life Project and The Women's Center for Radiology, we are excited to bring this event to the community for the second year in a row.
The Women's Center for Radiology’s Mobile Mammogram Bus
The bus will be accepting appointments from 8 AM - 2 PM. To get on the schedule, dial 407-841-0822 option #2. Please bring your Insurance card, photo ID, and a face mask. It’s best that you reach out to your insurance carrier to confirm this provider is in-network. Women under the age of 40 would need a prescription before getting a mammogram. Women over 40 do not.
